A little reminder...
Sometimes you might be feeling a certain way, and need a little pick-me-up.
Sometimes this could be felt by your friends.
This week your challenge is to make a pick-me-up jar!
You can keep this for yourself, or give it to a friend.

What you need...
- A jar/container/box
- 4 colours of paper
- A pen
- 4 colours of paper
- A pen
What to do
Cut your paper into strips/squares.
On one colour write some positive affirmations (eg. "You are awesome")
On another, write some inspirational quotes
On another, write some tips/activities that make you happy (eg. "Cuddle the dog")
And on the last, write memories which make you smile
Then, fold the pieces of paper and put them into the jar.
Make a "code", write it down and put it on the side of the jar (eg. green = affirmations)
Decorate the jar however you like, and put it somewhere that you will see it and remember to go to it when you need a pick-me-up.
Another version...
You can also use your colours to code quotes/affirmations/tips/memories for different moods. So blue paper can be for things to read when you are feeling sad, pink when you are feeling lonely.
